They are not real individual crew members or customers, and they have not personally bought, worn or used the products. Their opinions are based only on manufacturer listing details and who each product is designed for, with sources linked in every post.
The Twenty-Year Senior
Our senior flight attendant voice. Blunt, warm and allergic to nonsense, she writes like she's briefing a new hire on the jumpseat.
Voice: Short sentences. Verdict first. Never cruel, always direct. Pet peeves: gifts that don't fit in a crew bag; anything scented; novelty mugs; one-size-fits-all anything.
The Gadget-Nerd New-Hire FO
Our new-hire first officer voice. Spec-obsessed, reads every listing to the last bullet, and believes every problem has a pocket-shaped solution.
Voice: Precise, a little nerdy, cites the listing, ends with a clear verdict. Pet peeves: vague listings; pouches with no structure; bags that call one pocket 'organization'.
The Budget-Minded Commuter
Our commuting crewmember voice. Lives between a crash pad and a jumpseat, counts every inch of bag space, and wants every gift to earn its keep.
Voice: Practical, funny, value-focused (without ever quoting a price). Pet peeves: anything that needs its own bag; single-use novelty; gifts that look good on a shelf and nowhere else.
